The I Am Calls Forward

Isaiah 44:7 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 44 in context

Scripture Focus

7And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them.
Isaiah 44:7

Biblical Context

The verse states that the I AM is the source of calling, declaring, and ordering what is to come; the future is revealed by divine appointment rather than human effort.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within the cadence of this oracle, the I AM speaks as the one who calls forth, declares, and sets all things in order. The 'who, as I' is not a distant attribute of God apart from you; it is the living power of awareness you awaken in meditation. When you assume that you are this I AM, you stop seeking outside authorities and begin to operate from the inside-out: you call forth circumstances, you declare what you will accept, and you set events in their proper sequence by the quality of your inner moves. Past and future become a single movement in consciousness: the things that are coming and shall come unfold as you maintain a steady hold on your present truth. The ancient patterns you see are simply the established ways your mind has ordered in the past; you may revise them by returning to the assumption that you are the origination of order. If you feel fear or doubt, revise to 'I am the I AM; I declare and order my day now.'

Practice This Now

Practice: Sit quietly. Repeat: 'I am the I AM; I call forth my future and order my day.' Feel the reality of this new condition as if it already exists and notice a shift in perception.
