Within me there is a wilderness voice awakening me to the truth that the Lord is already here, the I AM that I call God. The cry, 'Prepare ye the way,' is a command to rearrange my inner terrain: remove the debris of doubt, revise lack into abundance, and choose alignment with the possibility that the divine presence now manifests. The valleys of fear are exalted not by force but by uplifted attention; the mountains of pride are made low by the quiet acknowledgment that the I AM stands above every thought. The crooked places become straight when I accept one simple truth: consciousness is the highway. The rough places are plain when I dwell on the steady assurance that the glory of the Lord is revealed now, not later, in my awareness and in my world. All flesh shall see it together because the mouth of the Lord, which is my own inner speech, has spoken it and it is done in mind. So I practice this day: assume the state of the I AM and feel it real until the world reflects the revelation.
