Spirit Poured Upon Us

Isaiah 32:15-16 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 32 in context

Scripture Focus

15Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.
16Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.
Isaiah 32:15-16

Biblical Context

Inside you, the Spirit from on high pours forth, turning a barren mind into a fruitful field; from that renewal, judgment and righteousness take root. This is an inward transformation that manifests as outer order.

Neville's Inner Vision

All scripture speaks of states of consciousness. When Isaiah says the spirit be poured upon us from on high, he points to an awakening of I AM within you. The wilderness of your mind—fear, scarcity, doubt—becomes fertile when you entertain the reality of that Spirit. A field once counted for a forest is not a change of geography but a change of perception: you stop trimming the edges of lack and begin to acknowledge abundance as your native condition. As the Spirit flows, judgment settles in—your inner discernment grows sharper, and you are able to distinguish imagination's fruit from its shadows. Righteousness does not come later; it arises where the field is yielded to truth, and you begin to live in harmony with the ideal you have assumed. The outer world then reflects this inner decree, because imagination creates reality. Do not seek it elsewhere; the I AM within is the source, and your awareness is the instrument. Allow it to pour now, and watch the wilderness become the forest.

Practice This Now

Assume the Spirit is poured now into your mind. Revise all sense of lack and feel the I AM as your living awareness.
