Flight to Inner Zoar

Biblical Context
Moab is in distress and seeks Zoar. The road up (Luhith) is marked by weeping, and along Horonaim a cry of destruction rises.
Neville's Inner Vision
Do you see how the cry of Moab mirrors a state of consciousness that fears judgment? Your heart, the I AM behind all you call 'self,' is crying out for a safe inner Zoar where past appetites and ideas cannot follow. The fugitives fleeing to Zoar are the thoughts and habits that no longer serve you, pressed by the mounting sorrow up Luhith. The 'heifer of three years' hints at a young, untrained energy within that must be restrained by awareness until it learns to move in harmony with your present I AM. As you ascend Horonaim, your inner drama becomes a cry of destruction—old identities collapsing under the light of awareness. But this destruction is not loss; it is the clearing of space for a new, steadfast sense of self. The verse invites you to recognize that the inner journey begins with feeling the tears of release and ends in a stable awareness that dwells in Zoar—the safe inner kingdom.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and affirm: I am the I AM, dwelling in Zoar. Visualize the old Moab thoughts fleeing up the path as you breathe into the new inner state, feeling Zoar's safety here and now.
