Read Isaiah 11 in context

Scripture Focus

11And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
12And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
Isaiah 11:11-12

Biblical Context

Isaiah 11:11-12 describes the Lord recovering the remnant from exile and gathering the dispersed from the four corners of the earth. In Neville's reading, this restoral is an inner shift of consciousness rather than a political event.

Neville's Inner Vision

All the words of Isaiah are not about distant lands but about the movements of your own mind. When the verse says the Lord shall set his hand the second time to recover the remnant, it is your sense of I AM moving to retrieve a divided part of you—the remnant that remains faithful to you as consciousness. The nations gathering and the ensign set up is a symbol of a new signpost within, a stand-in banner in your imagination that calls back every part of yourself to home. Exile, here, is the belief that you are separate from your own divine nature; return is the inner reconciliation where the four corners of the earth—your many states of mind—are drawn toward unity by the insistence of awareness. The work is not political but personal: you choose to awaken to wholeness, and the inner remnant follows the instruction of your I AM to appear as if it were already so. Thus the gathering is your inward alignment, your memory of who you truly are, already complete in this moment.

Practice This Now

Assume you are already the remnant gathered. Feel the Lord's hand as awareness and let that sense be real in this moment.
