Inner Wealth Refined
Isaiah 1:22 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Isaiah 1:22 uses the image of corrupted wealth to symbolize a tarnished inner state; it calls for purification and a conscious turning toward wholeness.
Neville's Inner Vision
In Neville's terms, the verse speaks of your inner wealth becoming dross and your joy watered down by belief. The outer phrases are images of your consciousness: the true substance is the I AM, the awareness that you are God’s own image. The 'corruption' is a mental state you have accepted about yourself. By turning to the I AM within and adopting a new, fixed assumption—that your consciousness is pure, unmixed, complete—you refine the inner silver and restore the unmixed wine. Speak from that revised state: I am the riches of God, pure and sufficient. As you dwell in this revised feeling, the outer world rearranges to reflect it. Remember: imagination creates reality, and your inner vision becomes your life.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, breathe, and assume: I am pure wealth of God, unmixed and complete. See the silver within me refined as light; feel the reign of an unmixed wine in my awareness as present truth.
