Neville's Inner Vision
Let the words be read not as history but as your inner weather report. The 'Chaldeans' are the fierce thoughts that rise within you—fear, doubt, the old code of 'them' and 'us'—marching through the breadth of your mind to possess places you once called Yours. God’s promise, I will work a work in your days, is the announcement of the I AM within you, the creative consciousness that will do a thing you would not believe unless you turn your attention inward. The line 'their mind change' is your own opportunity: a shift in which you stop identifying with the power of the old self and begin attributing power to your imaginal act. When you assume a new state—security, clarity, abundance—and feel it as present, you are not waiting for the world to change; you are becoming the cause of change. The 'dignity' and 'judgment' proceed from within you as you stand under the light of awareness, and what seemed to overwhelm you becomes a signal that you are ready to claim a new order.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: In the next moment, sit quietly and imagine you are the aware I AM, overseeing a scene where the 'Chaldeans' are quietly folded into your desired state; feel this new state as already yours.
