When you recognize God as I AM, the blessing is no longer given; it is revealed, here and now. Isaac, the inner idea of you that remains steadfast, dwells by the well Lahairoi—the symbol of awareness that sees you and your needs. The well is your now; to drink from it is to know that you are blessed as your awareness is awake to itself. The death of Abraham liberates the son to receive with no deficiency, for in God there is fullness. So the blessing is an inner state you assume and feel as real, not a future event.
