Ezekiel 33:7-11 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God appoints Ezekiel as a watchman over Israel, warning that the wicked die without turning from their ways. The act of warning also preserves the watcher’s soul by staying true to responsibility.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within you, you are the watchman—your I AM awareness listening for the inner word and repeating it to your own heart. The wicked is not a person but a habit of fear, doubt, or lack that would die if faced honestly. When you warn that inner habit to turn, and it refuses, you have still delivered your soul by refusing to worship the old dream. Speak to the inner Israel: As I live, the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn ye from your evil ways and live. The invitation to turn is an invitation to imagination—choose again in your present consciousness, and life follows as a natural corollary of your revised sense of self.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: For one minute, assume the role of the inner watchman and declare to a stubborn thought, Turn from this way and live. Then feel the new state of consciousness as already present and let that feeling guide your next moment.
