The Basest Kingdom Within

Ezekiel 29:15-16 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 29 in context

Scripture Focus

15It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.
16And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, which bringeth their iniquity to remembrance, when they shall look after them: but they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
Ezekiel 29:15-16

Biblical Context

Egypt shall be the basest kingdom and shall no longer exalt itself above the nations. Israel's confidence in Egypt will fade, and they will come to know that the Lord GOD is present.

Neville's Inner Vision

Notice that the basest kingdom is not a map of a land, but a state of mind you concede to be powerful, your reliance on outward forces for security. Ezekiel says that empire will be diminished, no longer ruling the nations, so too in you the pull of old supports begins to fade as your awareness shifts. The house of Israel is your present self, and when it looks to Egypt, it is looking away from the I AM within. The moment you choose to embody the I AM as the only governing presence, the memory of past iniquity loses its authority, and the false confidences dissolve. Then you know, not by argument but by inner experience, that I am the Lord GOD, the living awareness that animates every scene. Your world rearranges to match that inner decree, and you walk as the ruler whose power has no enemy. This is not conquest outside you; it is a revision of consciousness that makes a visible peace inevitable.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, breathe, and silently decree I AM the Lord GOD within me now. Assume that the I AM is king over every scene, revise any dependent thought, and feel it real that this inner authority governs your life.
