Scripture Focus

2Son of man, set thy face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them;
3And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;
Ezekiel 25:2-3

Biblical Context

Ezekiel is commanded to prophesy against the Ammonites. They had boasted over Jerusalem's desecration, Israel's desolation, and Judah's captivity.

Neville's Inner Vision

Your Ammonites are the jubilant inner voices that cheer when your sanctuary is profaned or your people suffer. The command to Ezekiel to set his face against them is a call to fix your attention on a different ruler—your I AM, the present awareness that cannot be swayed by outer noise. Prophesying against them becomes a practice of naming and confronting a false state from that inner authority, not in judgment but in clearing the space for truth to enter. When you hear the cry Aha in your own mind, you are invited to speak in the voice of the Lord GOD—your own I AM—declaring that such thoughts have no power to alter your inner temple. The desolate land and captivity symbolize the limitations you have accepted as real; the instruction is to refuse them, and to return to the house of Judah, the center of your consciousness. By standing firm, calling out the inner mood, and shifting to a new, beloved state, you dissolve the old energy and invite revival into your awareness.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, name the inner Ammonite voice, and declare, I AM the Lord GOD of this mind, and these thoughts have no power here. Feel the sanctuary restored as you dwell in a new, quiet state.
