Inner Sword of Judgment
Ezekiel 21:4-5 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God declares a decisive cutting off of both the righteous and the wicked, sending His sword through all flesh so that all may know the LORD has drawn it and it shall not return. It marks an irrevocable act of judgment and accountability.
Neville's Inner Vision
Beloved, the verses speak to your interior life. The righteous and the wicked are not out there but in here, as two streams of your own consciousness. The sword drawn from its sheath is the moment your I AM, the all-knowing awareness, makes a decision in you. When that blade moves across every region of your inner flesh, it is the clearing of a field, a punctuation mark that nothing within remains festering, unexamined, or in resistance. The LORD drawing forth the sword is your higher self placing a definitive boundary, a right-now declaration that you are no longer ruled by former beliefs. It shall not return because the act is complete, having severed old identifications so you are free to return to your true Self. Exile and return describe the inner pilgrimage: removal of the old self, followed by a homecoming to wholeness and authority. Practice: close your eyes, assume the state you desire as already yours, feel the decision settling in your bones, and let the old self dissolve as your new self stands forth.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit in silence and declare I am the I AM, and feel the inner sword drawing forth from the sheath. Let the old self dissolve and sense your return to wholeness as the new state takes root.
