Wall of Untempered Peace
Ezekiel 13:10-11 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
These verses condemn counselors who claim 'peace' where there is none, building walls with untempered mortar. A coming shower, great hail, and stormy wind will rend the wall and judgment will fall.
Neville's Inner Vision
Notice how Ezekiel names the inner mischief of those who preach peace while the soul is unsettled. The wall they build with untempered mortar is a belief we cling to when we fear truth; it looks sturdy to the eye, yet it cannot stand the test of inner reality. The great hailstones, overflowing showers, and stormy wind are not punitive weather from above but the natural correction of a mind misaligned with truth. In Neville's terms, the only real kingdom is the state of consciousness you inhabit—the I AM you within. When you assume a truth that aligns with your awakened self, and feel it as present fact, your external appearances begin to reflect that inner order. The wall fades not by force but by the reconsideration of what you accept as peace. Stop daubing your mind with unverified assurances. Allow the inner clarity to rise, and the storm will rend away the old structure, leaving you with a clear, steadfast sense of reality grounded in awareness and truth.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and affirm, I AM the awareness within which all peace is found. Then revise any belief of peace not grounded in truth, and visualize the untempered mortar dissolving as a new wall of true stones rises in your mind.
