Inner Wheels of Ezekiel

Ezekiel 10:15-17 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 10 in context

Scripture Focus

15And the cherubims were lifted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar.
16And when the cherubims went, the wheels went by them: and when the cherubims lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the same wheels also turned not from beside them.
17When they stood, these stood; and when they were lifted up, these lifted up themselves also: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.
Ezekiel 10:15-17

Biblical Context

The cherubim and wheels move together as one living system. The wheels stay beside the creatures, guided by the spirit within them.

Neville's Inner Vision

Think of Ezekiel’s wheels and cherubim as a single, living mechanism in your own mind. The spirit of the living creature that animates them is your I AM, your present awareness; imagination is the lever by which you move both thought and world. When you assume a state of uplift—seeing yourself as the ceaseless mover of your experience—the cherubim rise and the wheels turn beside them in perfect accord. Outer form does not lead; inner state leads, and form follows in precise alignment. If you dwell in that I AM and feel it real, every circumstance you encounter acts as the outward sign of your inner activity. Stand still in consciousness, and the image holds; rise in vivid feeling, and the environment mirrors your ascent. This is the inner traffic of Ezekiel: unity of being, holiness through alignment, and the divine presence animating all movement.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and imagine you are the cherubim and the wheels, all animated by your I AM. As you breathe, feel the inner spirit lifting you and let the surrounding scenes respond to your elevated state.
