Biblical Context
Exodus 39:19-21 describes fastening the breastplate to the ephod with rings and a blue lace so it remains secured, as commanded.
Neville's Inner Vision
In this image, the breastplate is the heart of your consciousness, and the ephod is the frame of your attention. The golden rings are fixed points in your awareness, and the blue lace is faith that ties them so the sacred truth remains close to the skin of your life. When you live in the I AM, the breastplate does not slip from the ephod; your sense of who you are stays bound to the higher center even as the world around you shifts. The outward garment becomes for you a symbol of obedience-to-appearance; the binding by blue lace is your decision to let inner law govern outer events. The moment you refuse to loosen that bond, you are practicing covenant loyalty, holiness in action, where the inner state of consciousness shapes the seen world. Do not chase results; maintain the felt sense that the truth you wear is inseparable from your core. In so doing, you will see divine presence form around you as the natural outgrowth of your stable I AM.
Practice This Now
Assume: I AM the breastplate bound to the ephod of my awareness by the blue lace of faith. Feel that binding now, and carry this sense of oneness into every moment so nothing looses your inner truth.
