Biblical Context

Esther 7:2 shows the king reiterating his promise to grant Esther's petition, even to half the kingdom, after the banquet.

Neville's Inner Vision

Esther 7:2 speaks to the inner court of your consciousness. The feast is a deliberate state of receptivity where imagination dwells in a sense of abundance. The king, your I AM, speaks through the mouth of Esther and asks, What is thy petition? And what is thy request? The answer is not found in outward events but in your willingness to decree from the throne of awareness. The second day at the banquet of wine marks a matured decision, a fixation of mind in the reality of your desire. When the king promises to grant, even to the half of the kingdom, he signals that the entire inner realm awaits your recognition—there is no limit except the limit you place on your own awareness. To claim your petition you must assume the thing desired as already true, feel the living presence of it now, and know that you are the one who grants it. The pageant of the palace is a mirror of your inner landscape: as you settle into the state that what you seek is already accomplished, the outer circumstances begin to align with your inner decree.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Close your eyes and declare, 'I am the King in my inner realm; my petitions are granted now.' Sit with the feeling of fulfillment for several minutes, letting your inner decree solidify as present fact.
