Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Mordecai's message urges Esther to intercede with the king to save her people from a death decree. Esther is instructed to approach with supplication for her people.
Neville's Inner Vision
Esther's mission is your own inner annunciation: the decree of destruction you feel in the outer world is only a dream of lack in your mind. Mordecai's charge to Esther becomes a call to the I AM within you to enter the king's presence—awareness itself—and to plead for your people, the blessed whole you stand for. When you identify with Esther, you identify with the state that dares to approach the throne in consciousness and to demand a reversal of the apparent decree. The king in this tale is your own supreme I AM, the living, thinking, feeling presence through which all conditions are seen and altered. The words of Hatach are inner promptings that remind you: you have authority, you have voice, you have right to petition. Deliverance comes not from changing the outer page first, but from shifting your inner conviction until it feels as if the decree never existed. As you dwell in this knowing, your people—your life, your circumstances—are drawn into a new order by the light of your request.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and enter the throne room of your mind; assume the I AM as king and state your petition for your people with unwavering faith. Feel the decree dissolve as deliverance arises in your inner state.
