Perception Beyond Sight

Biblical Context
Moses recounts the signs Israel saw, yet notes an inner gap in perception. The message is that true seeing arises from one's inner state of consciousness, not merely from external wonders.
Neville's Inner Vision
All the signs and miracles stood before them, yet the inner instrument—the heart's capacity to perceive—had not been stirred into activity. In Neville’s sense, the visible wonders are not causes of sight but echoes of a state you imagine and inhabit. Perception arises from within, from the I AM you are aware of. When you claim that you are already the consciousness that perceives, feel it real, and continue to dwell in that state, the miraculous becomes ordinary because you are now the agent of seeing. The 'Egypt' and 'Pharaoh' of the past are just recurring patterns; the real revelation comes when you own a new interior fact: I am the I AM perceiving now. The Lord’s withholding is understood as a misalignment between your inner state and your outward experience. Restore alignment by assuming the state of inner sight, and the signs will reflect your revised consciousness.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Assume the state of inner sight now—silently declare, I am the I AM perceiving, and feel it real. Then revise the verse in your mind to affirm that your heart is awakened to perceive and hear, and let that reality fill your senses.
