Inner Power and Inner Kingdom
Daniel 11:25 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Daniel 11 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse depicts stirring power and courage against the king of the south, with great armies and schemes forecast against him, yet he does not stand.
Neville's Inner Vision
In the inner reading, the South marks a belief opposed to your true I AM. The great army is the flood of thoughts and emotions in motion, and the devices are the stories you tell yourself that would stop you. When you identify with the I AM, you do not fight the outer drama; you reorder the scene from within. You affirm I AM the king of this inner realm, and let the certainty of sovereignty flood your consciousness. The stirring you sense is your own energy awakening, not a threat. As you dwell in sovereign awareness, the apparent armies dissolve, for you are the author and governor of the drama. The prophecy, viewed spiritually, promises true power rests in awareness, not appearances. So the king of the south cannot stand in the light of your unified I AM; the storm of thought yields to the quiet throne of your real self, the Kingdom of God within.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Sit quietly, breathe, and declare I AM king of this inner realm. Then revise the scene to say there is no opposition that can stand against my sovereign I AM, and feel that truth as present.
