Neville's Inner Vision
I see in Acts 5:9-10 a living parable of the inner man. Peter’s question is the voice of your own I AM, asking how you have agreed to tempt the Spirit within. To tempt the Spirit is to play two selves: the self that craves appearances and the Self that knows truth. When you align with an outer tale and deny inner reality, the feet of those who buried thy husband—the hidden parts of you clinging to fear—stand at the door and carry you out of alignment. The 'yielding up the ghost' is the collapse of a counterfeit ego; the young men bearing her away are the closing of old beliefs. This is not punishment but the correction of a mind that chose fear over faith. When you awaken to the I AM as your true consciousness, you revise your self-image and life flows from integrity rather than deception. The lesson is plain: purity and integrity are the natural state of an awake mind.
Practice This Now
Imaginative_act: Assume the state 'I am the Spirit's truth in me' and revise the scene by picturing deceit dissolving into wholeness, then feel the I AM breathe life into your true self.
