Read Acts 3 in context

Scripture Focus

19Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
20And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
21Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
Acts 3:19-21

Biblical Context

Peter calls for repentance and conversion so sins are blotted out. He speaks of a season of refreshing that comes from the Lord's presence, and of Christ's ongoing return until all things are restored.

Neville's Inner Vision

Think of sin not as a personal flaw but as a misalignment of your inner state. Repentance and conversion are reorientations of awareness, a turning toward the I AM that you are. The times of refreshing do not come by begging the heavens; they come by acknowledging that you are now the creator of your inner weather. When you receive Christ, you invite the Christ principle—the perfect idea of God in you—to fill your consciousness until it becomes your experience. The heaven must receive this Christ until the restitution of all things—your outer life begins to reflect the orderly being that has dwelt within all along. In Neville's terms, awaken to a state and dwell there; assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled; let the new consciousness displace old belief. Persist in this alignment and you will see your circumstances reorder to match the harmony of your inner state.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, declare, 'I am converted now; sins are blotted out in the light of my I AM,' and feel the refreshing presence filling you. Carry that feeling into your day as your constant sense of being.
