Acts 2:17-18

Biblical Context

Acts 2:17-18 speaks of God pouring out Spirit on all flesh, enabling people to prophesy, see visions, and dream dreams.

Neville's Inner Vision

In Neville's language, the 'last days' are not a distant future but a present climate of consciousness. 'God' is the I AM you awaken to as your own awareness, and the 'Spirit' poured out upon all flesh is the flood of imaginative life flowing through you when you choose to dwell in being rather than lack. Your sons and daughters, your young men and old, are the faculties of mind awakening to prophesy—voice your inner truth, see visions formed by conviction, and dream dreams nourished by the imagery you persist upon. This is not an external event granted to a few; it is your inner weather, a shift in disposition where imagination becomes the instrument of revelation. When you declare 'I am,' you invite the Spirit to move through every part of your being—servants and handmaidens alike—so that the outer world becomes a reflection of your inner creative state. Prophesy, not in speech alone, but by imagining and feeling the reality of your fulfilled state, until it has the certainty of experience.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Sit quietly, declare, 'I am prophesying and seeing visions now.' Feel it real in your chest and let the imagined state shift your sense of self.
