Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
In Peter's words, God promises a universal outpouring of Spirit in the last days. People will prophesy, see visions, dream dreams, and call on the Lord for salvation.
Neville's Inner Vision
Your awareness is the fountain. When Peter quotes Joel, he is telling you what already occurs in your consciousness: the last days are this moment when your I AM pours out its Spirit upon all flesh—your mind, your feelings, your visions. Prophesying is not a foreign mouth; it is inspired thought moving through you. Your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; all faculties awaken to meaningful images of your desired life. The servants and handmaids are the neglected parts of you that can be stirred by the breath of God within. Wonders in heaven and signs on earth are inner events: sudden clarity, the shift of fear to faith, bodily ease, unexpected alignment. The sun turning dark and the moon into blood are symbolic of old judgments fading as you align with the divine presence. And whoever calls on the Lord—your own I AM—shall be saved, i.e., restored to wholeness. This is not future; this is your present shift of consciousness.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit, close eyes, and silently declare, I am the I AM now pouring Spirit upon all flesh within me. Imagine a stream of light filling your chest, then watch as visions form and fears dissolve—feel it real in your body.
