Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Solomon completed the temple of the LORD and his own palace, and every plan that entered his heart to build in either place was brought to pass.
Neville's Inner Vision
To your inner ear, this verse speaks not of stones but of states. The temple within is the dwelling place of awareness, and the king's house is the ruling mind that issues decisions and moves with authority. When a desire enters the heart to build in either realm, it is already being formed in your imaginal workshop. The outer world merely answers in proportion to the clarity with which you hold the inner image. The presence of God is not distant; it is the I AM that witnesses and approves what you imagine as finished. As you align with that inner congruence, both your sacred and royal structures rise, and the plans you formerly entertained are realized with ease. Do not chase after results; revise your inner state until the feeling of completion fills you. In that feeling lies the finishing touch that makes the house prosper in its own time. You possess the power to complete projects because you are the same one who imagines them into being; your inner worship becomes the blueprint others will see as glory in action.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Sit quietly, choose one goal, and imagine you have already completed it in your inner temple and your life; dwell in the feeling of completion for 60 seconds, then proceed as if the work is finished.
