Inner Abundance Through Generous Giving
2 Chronicles 35:7 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read 2 Chronicles 35 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Josiah freely gives food and cattle to the people for Passover. The king's wealth is used to supply the community.
Neville's Inner Vision
Here in Josiah’s act of distributing sheep and oxen, hear the inner law: the king's substance is a state of consciousness, not a treasury. The Passover offerings are the visible form of an inward deliverance, a feast prepared by you in imagination. When you dwell in the I AM—awareness that you are the source, that you can supply through, as, and for your own circle—your outer world begins to mirror this wealth. The numbers 30,000 lambs and 3,000 bullocks symbolize the fullness of your inner provision, as if your life were a perpetual feast issued from your own mind. To imitate Josiah is to recognize that generosity is a stance, not a scarcity. You release what you possess into the world by simply assuming the state of abundance and moving from that assumption. In this moment, the “king’s substance” is yours to command; you are the channel through which supply flows to your people. As you feel this inside, the passover of fear becomes a feast of faith; your giving is the natural expression of an I AM that knows no lack.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and declare: I AM the abundance that gives through me now. Assume you are the king of your inner realm, and imagine freely distributing wealth to those you cherish, feeling it real.
