1 Timothy 2:5

Biblical Context

There is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men—the man Jesus. This mediator points to a unity that can be realized within consciousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Who is mediating now? The scripture anchors mediation in one God and one mediator, but in the language of consciousness, the mediator is your own awareness—the I AM. The 'man Christ Jesus' becomes an inner image, the living bridge that unites you with the Father. This Christ is not a distant figure, but your present sense of self as one with God. When you acknowledge this unity, the separation between God and man dissolves, and the appearance of distance yields to nearness. The inner mediator is the posture of consciousness that receives and expresses grace, forgiveness, and redirection of thought. By inhabiting this inner state—feeling as if you are already in the God-saturated presence—you invite healing, redemption, and answered prayer. Your job is not to strive for an external mediator but to assume you are the mediator, you are the I AM acting as Christ to your world. Let there be a living, continuous knowing: you and God are one, and your inner Christ Jesus mediates all relations.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and declare, 'There is one God and one mediator within me; I am that mediator.' Feel the unity now and sense a warm light bridging heaven and earth in your chest.
