Read 1 John 1 in context

Scripture Focus

1That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
2(For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)
1 John 1:1-2

Biblical Context

From the beginning, life is an inner truth revealed to consciousness—what we have heard, seen, and touched. It testifies to the eternal life that was with the Father and is now manifested to us.

Neville's Inner Vision

That which was from the beginning is the living truth of your I AM. The verse speaks of a life that does not come from outside but dwells as the Word of life within your consciousness. When they say they heard, saw, and handled, they point to an inner acquaintance: you know truth by inner hearing, inner sight, and the felt certainty of being awake to it. The life was manifested; you testify to it now as present reality—eternal life, which was with the Father and is manifested to you. You are both witness and bearer; life flows through your belief in it. Therefore, you do not seek life elsewhere but assume you are the living Word, and permit the evidence of your world to reflect that inner truth. By dwelling in this consciousness, your experiences align with peace, love, and the sense of eternity here and now.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the feeling that you are the Word of life already present in you. Rest in I AM-ness and let that life manifest in your body and circumstances.
