All Things To All Minds

1 Corinthians 9:22-23 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read 1 Corinthians 9 in context

Scripture Focus

22To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
23And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
1 Corinthians 9:22-23

Biblical Context

Paul says he became as the weak to win the weak, and that he is made all things to all men so that by any means some may be saved; he acts for the gospel's sake to share in its blessing.

Neville's Inner Vision

Paul’s words reveal the I AM can enter any state by imagination. To the weak became I as weak—this is not compromise but inner travels: I enter the weakness to carry the gospel into it, until the air shifts. I am made all things to all men—this is the living declaration that the I AM expands by adopting every condition in consciousness. When I stand in another’s fear and still affirm, 'I am,' I do not lose myself; I gain breadth, and by that breadth some are lifted. The objective 'save some' becomes inner awakening, the friction of thought dissolving into the unity of God’s presence. And 'for the gospel’s sake' invites me to partake in the shared life of salvation—an inner feast where you and I, and all, drink from the same well of being.

Practice This Now

Choose one person or group and, for a few minutes, assume the feelings of their better state; imagine a conversation where they are already aligned with the truth of I AM.
