1 Chronicles 29:3

Biblical Context

In plain terms, the speaker states that he has set his heart on the house of God and has given from his own wealth beyond what he had already prepared. It emphasizes devotion expressed through generous, sacrificial giving.

Neville's Inner Vision

Setting my affection on the house of God is a declaration of a state of consciousness, not a place I visit. It means I choose to dwell in the I AM, the awareness that never lacks. The gold and silver are the riches of imagination—images, feelings, beliefs I invest in that inner sanctuary. To give from this store is to revise the sense of deficiency by assuming that abundance already exists within me as the I AM. As I remain faithful to this inner devotion, provision arises as a natural outflow of my state, not as a favor granted from without. The outer world becomes a reflected temple where resources, opportunities, and support appear in response to my inner treasury. This is true worship: the conscious investment of my life into the inner sanctuary, which multiplies as I dwell there and feel, in ever more vivid detail, that I am abundance.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: close your eyes and imagine you are depositing the wealth of your attention into the inner sanctuary of your I AM. Feel it real now, and revise any thought of lacking into the conviction that abundance already resides within you.
