Inner Covenant Blood Liberation

Zechariah 9:11 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Zechariah 9 in context

Scripture Focus

11As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water.
Zechariah 9:11

Biblical Context

Verse 9:11 speaks of the blood of your covenant delivering prisoners from a waterless pit. It speaks of liberation from dry, barren conditions through covenant fidelity.

Neville's Inner Vision

Do not look for this deliverance in out here; it is achieved within your own I AM. The 'blood of thy covenant' is the unwavering vow you renew to yourself as awareness. The 'pit wherein is no water' is the dryness of a mind convinced of lack. The prisoners are the limiting thoughts that keep you confined to that dry place. When you adopt the covenant as fact in imagination—when you feel the I AM bathing every corner of your consciousness—you enact the release. The act is not pleading but assuming—the inner state you accept becomes the outer condition. See yourself already free, see water flowing through the pit, see the gates of your mind opening. Then the corresponding outer circumstance follows as a natural child of your inner state. You are not waiting for salvation; you are the salvation, and your inner covenant seals the truth into your life.

Practice This Now

Assume the state: you are already free; feel the water of life return to your inner pit. Repeat softly, 'I am delivered by the blood of my covenant,' until it feels real.
