The Lord’s act — casting out the city, striking its power in the sea, devouring it with fire — is the alchemy of inner transformation. It is not punishment so much as the purification by fire of consciousness that no longer needs to be defined by wealth or status. As you fix attention on the I AM, the old strongholds dissolve, the sea of the subconscious is rearranged, and the inner kingdom rises in grace. You are not distant from this change; you are the change, the awareness that now witnesses Tyre’s glittering heap dissolving into light.
