Biblical Context
Zechariah 6:14 promises crowns given as a memorial in the LORD’s temple, signaling a lasting honor within God's order. The verse points to inner worship and the stabilization of rightful authority in the divine realm.
Neville's Inner Vision
Zechariah’s crowns occur not on external heads but in your inner temple, as a sign that you are crowned with the divine presence. Helem, Tobijah, Jedaiah, and Hen symbolize aspects of your life that remain steadfast in worship and service; when they stand in your consciousness, they guard the altar and keep order. The memorial is an inner remembrance that the LORD dwells within; the temple you inhabit becomes a monument to right alignment, not to external pomp. In Neville’s terms, the state you assume is the crown: a confident, constant awareness that God is I AM here and now. When you feel or imagine yourself as already crowned, you stop chasing titles and start living from the authority of God within. The kingdom of God then manifests as your present inner government—your thoughts, feelings, and choices governed by divine presence. This is the true kingship: the recognition that the temple is your own consciousness and the crown is your permanent remembrance of God’s ruling within you.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and feel the crown already resting on your head as the I AM presence fills you. Repeat 'I am crowned with the divine presence now' until it feels fully real.
