Scripture Focus

3And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.
Zechariah 4:3

Biblical Context

Zechariah 4:3 shows two olive trees standing by the bowl, signaling two steady inner sources of provision beside the lamp of awareness. They invite you to recognize your own inner supply.

Neville's Inner Vision

All the visions of scripture are states of consciousness. The two olive trees by the bowl are not distant beings; they are two living faculties within you feeding the lamp of I AM awareness. The bowl receives oil from right and left alike, and this is your inner habit of source: supply that does not come from without but from your steadfast assumption that you are already sustained. Providence and guidance then become tendencies of mind you cultivate, not favors you beg for. The two trees point to balance: rightward discernment and leftward wisdom, each active, each available when you hold the image that you are the one complete you, whole and intact. When you adopt this inner vision, you revise limitation into abundance, and the lamp—all life, all direction—shines with quiet clarity. The promise Zechariah speaks of is the immediacy of your own inner provision, here now as you stand in the awareness of I AM. Your future is created by the present conviction you entertain.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Assume now that you are already supplied; picture the two olive trees beside your inner lamp pouring oil into you. Feel the I AM awareness filling you with assurance and let that feeling carry you through the day.
