Read Zechariah 2 in context

Scripture Focus

6Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD.
7Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.
8For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.
Zechariah 2:6-8

Biblical Context

Zechariah 2:6-8 speaks of being scattered and then called to return to Zion. It promises protection for those who awaken to the I AM.

Neville's Inner Vision

Remember, in Neville's realm, the scattered land is your own mind. I do not claim any distant exile; I claim a state—an inner Zion—in which awareness rests. The decree 'Deliver thyself, O Zion' begins inside, when I awaken to the I AM and refuse to identify with the scattered pictures. The glory that the Father sends to the nations is the irradiance of consciousness moving through every image of lack or threat. As I realize that I am the apple of the eye of God, no thing outside can wound me; what seemed to spoil me was only a belief. The four winds are but the four quarters of my mind, drawn into one center by the act of inward faith. Therefore, the 'nations which spoiled you' become the opportunities to insist, 'I am one with the I AM'—and thus deliverance is accomplished by an inner acceptance.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the consciousness 'I am Zion' now; imagine the scattered parts of your mind returning to a single center, and feel the I AM's protection enfold you.
