Biblical Context
Zechariah 14:4-5 depicts the Mount of Olives cleaving to form a great valley, creating a path of safety as the LORD comes with the saints.
Neville's Inner Vision
Zechariah’s imagery is not a geographical forecast but a map of your inner life. The Mount of Olives represents the edge of your current awareness where fear and old beliefs cling. When you identify with separation, the mountain remains and light eludes you. Yet the prophecy speaks of the mount cleaving, a inner earthquake that unlocks a vast valley. The east-west splitting signals the dissolving of conflicting thoughts, leaving room for a single, expansive consciousness. The valley becomes the place you turn to not in flight from danger, but in choice to align with truth and clarity. Then the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee: in Neville terms, the I AM enters as the perceiver and power of realization, bringing with it higher states you once named as saints. When you persist in the felt presence of that Presence, the inner upheaval becomes a release from limitation. Deliverance is now—the recognition that you stand in the Kingdom within your own consciousness, here and now.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Close your eyes and imagine standing on the Mount of Olives in your mind; let the ground cleave and a valley open, revealing the I AM coming with the saints. Rest in the felt sense of that Presence for a moment, then affirm “I AM that I AM” as your immediate experience.
