Romans 9:25-26

Biblical Context

Paul quotes Hosea to show that those labeled as not belonging are now called the children of the living God.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within your present I AM, the phrase not my people becomes a weathered belief, not a cosmic verdict. The Hosea quote Paul uses here is not a history lesson but a law of consciousness: God’s calling precedes outward proof, and the inner decree is sovereign. When you identify with the I AM that animates your breath, you discover that the not-yet status is simply a mental script waiting for a revision. Mercy and compassion are not merely feelings toward others; they are a movement of your inner state toward inclusion. The covenant loyalty described is the alignment of your awareness with its Source, so that you are, in truth, a child of the living God—not by merit apart from you, but by the immediate recognition of who you are. The grace here is continuous and personal: as you dwell in the awareness of being loved, you dissolve the old sentence, and the inner name changes from not my people to my people, right now in consciousness.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Sit, close your eyes, and softly declare, 'I am the beloved, I am one of the living God's people.' Feel that truth in your chest and let it expand with each breath, revising any 'not yet' thought to 'already'.
