Biblical Context

Romans 9:17 says God raised Pharaoh to display His power and to spread His name throughout the earth.

Neville's Inner Vision

Consider Pharaoh as your own stubborn ego, the lifeless belief that you are small before life. The scripture says God raised him up for the purpose of showing power and making His name known across the earth. In Neville's psychology, this does not condemn Pharaoh but reveals the operations of the I AM within. The I AM is the sovereign awareness that animates all images and events. If you cling to a limitation, you are, in effect, the Pharaoh raised to test your ordinary idea of yourself. Yet the same power that confronted Pharaoh is the power you call forth when you affirm 'I AM' as your real self. By assuming the state of being already mighty — not by effort but by identification — you generate conditions that declare your inner God-nature outwardly. The earth becomes a stage where your consciousness demonstrates what you have declared internally. Your 'name' is your innermost essence; when declared by awareness, it is echoed in your world through power, freedom, and correspondence with your true state. Providence is simply the inevitable expression of the I AM, guiding you to awaken.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Close your eyes, assume you are already the power you seek by silently repeating, 'I AM that I AM,' and revise any limit until it feels real.
