Neville's Inner Vision

Your life is a field of consciousness. Sin, in this view, is an old state you once believed and acted from—an inner ruling that produced decay and fear. Grace is the new sovereign state, the higher rhythm that now reigns through righteousness. This reign is not a historical event outside you; it is an inward alignment with your true Self—the I AM that Jesus embodies within you. When you apprehend that grace governs by righteousness, eternal life becomes a present certainty, not a distant hope. Eternal life is the quality of awareness that remains alive, awake, and unafraid, even in the face of appearance. The verse invites you to surrender to the inner Jesus Christ as your own completed self—your life flowing from the unity of the Father and Son within. As you dwell in that inner state, the old death-state loses its grip; your thoughts, feelings, and perceptions rearrange to reflect the light of this new ruling consciousness. You do not persuade God to act; you awaken to the fact that you are already seated in grace, living from a victorious inner reality.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Close your eyes and assume the state: I am in grace, I reign through righteousness, and eternal life is mine here and now. Feel it as already done and dwell there for a minute.
