Accessing Grace by Faith Within
Romans 5:2 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Romans 5 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse states we gain access to grace through faith, standing in that grace. We rejoice in the hopeful expectation of God's glory.
Neville's Inner Vision
Your access to grace is an inner act of faith, not an appeal to an external power. In this moment, you are not waiting for grace; you stand in it— a fixed posture of consciousness you assume. The 'glory of God' to be hoped for is not a distant sky but your own divine essence awakening in awareness. Rejoice therefore, not for what might come, but for what you already are: the I AM perceiving through imagination. When you dwell in this state, every thought that doubts becomes a ripple across the surface of a still, gracious ocean. If scarcity or fear comes, revise: 'I am in grace now; I stand in the favor of God; I am that glory.' Feel the emotion of fulfillment as if it were already yours, and let the imagination emit the light of true self—the light that makes all things new. The chapter teaches that faith actualizes by inner conviction; your future glory unfolds as you persist in this present state.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume you are already standing in grace; repeat, 'I am in grace now,' and feel the glory of God as your present, radiant state.
