From Hypocrisy to Inner Alignment
Romans 2:21 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse exposes a teacher who discerns right for others yet fails to embody it in themselves. True instruction begins with inner consistency.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within you, the one who speaks with authority is not a distant judge but the I AM present in your own heart. When you condemn theft in another, you awaken the inner law and test it in yourself by withholding honesty, time, or true motive. The true teacher is not a separate figure but a state of consciousness you cultivate. To heal this contradiction, revise your inner image until it feels real that you are the standard you preach. Assume the feeling that you are already aligned, that every word you utter is an act of living integrity. When you imagine yourself walking in truth, the outer actions begin to reflect that inner state without struggle. The imaged I AM precedes the outward life; you do not fix others to fix yourself. So, when you claim to teach righteousness, you are invited to embody it now, here, in this moment, and let your life demonstrate the message you cannot stop living.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and revise your self-image: see yourself embodying the very truth you teach, and imagine any urge to steal or deceive melting into integrity. Feel it-real that your inner I AM approves of this living truth, and your outward life will follow.
