To Neville, the phrase 'now is made manifest' is the moment your inner I AM awakens to itself and calls forth the outer world as its echo. The 'scriptures of the prophets' are not distant manuscripts but your own repeated, disciplined images—affirmations, scenes that declare what you accept as true. God’s commandment—eternal, unchanging—speaks as the immutable I AM within you, not as an external decree. When you align with that inner decree, the mystery of life reveals itself in your experience, and the message travels to 'all nations'—every facet of your life, every relationship, policy, and circumstance—so that faith becomes obedience, not struggle. The obedience of faith is simply obeying the inner state you have cultivated until it feels natural, and then your world follows suit. Therefore, the outer is not the cause but the echo of your inner conviction. The moment you accept the inner reality as already accomplished, you begin to see the laws of imagination producing form, happily, harmoniously, and decisively.
