Read Romans 15 in context

Scripture Focus

8Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:
Romans 15:8

Biblical Context

Paul states that Jesus Christ served as a minister to the circumcised, affirming God's truth and confirming the promises given to the fathers.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within your present I AM, Christ is the minister who performs a spiritual circumcision—cutting away beliefs of separation and opening you to the truth of God as your immediate awareness. The 'circumcision' is not outward ritual but the purification of thought, a turning toward the one reality you call God. In this light, Jesus becomes the inner function of your consciousness, the active principle that guards and reveals the truth of who you are. The 'truth of God' is not a distant doctrine but the exactness of your inner state: that you are always one with the I AM, that your every impression is itself God in expression. The promises made unto the fathers are the living assurances encoded in your spiritual lineage; they are fulfilled the moment you assume and feel them as real here and now. When you align with this inner minister and refuse to entertain lack, you authorize the manifestation of that which was promised. The kingdom arrives as your awareness shifts from theory to lived experience.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Close your eyes and repeat, 'I AM the inner Christ, minister of truth to my heart; I confirm God's promises now,' then dwell in the feeling of their fulfillment for a minute.
