Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Paul asks believers to join him in earnest prayer to God for deliverance from unbelievers in Judea and for his Jerusalem service to be accepted by the saints. He longs to come to them with joy and to be refreshed by their fellowship.
Neville's Inner Vision
Consider Romans 15:30–32 as a doorway into your inner kingdom. When he speaks of the Lord Jesus Christ's sake and the love of the Spirit, he names the atmosphere of awareness in which prayer becomes a co-creative act. You and your spiritual circle are not pleading from outside; you align your I AM with itself, and you strive together by the steady, loving assumption that what you seek is already true in consciousness. Deliverance from those who do not believe in Judea becomes the release of fear, doubt, and resistance within your mind; the Jerusalem service is your inner ministry—the expression of your awareness in action—counted acceptable by the saints when your inner state is in harmony with the divine will. The final wish to come with joy and be refreshed signifies the inner condition of joy that follows from living in accord with God’s will. In that posture, every outward trial dissolves as you recognize you are always coming home to the I AM, refreshed and complete.
Practice This Now
Sit in quiet and assume you are already among those who love you, your Jerusalem service is accepted, and joy floods your heart. Persist in the feeling of the wish fulfilled until it becomes your habitual mood.
