Biblical Context
Paul boasts in what pertains to God and speaks only of what Christ hath wrought in him, to make the Gentiles obedient by word and deed. He has fully preached the gospel from Jerusalem to Illyricum and refuses to build on another’s foundation, so that those not yet spoken to may see and understand.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within this brief passage, see the I AM speaking through Paul. The glory is not in outward conquest but in inner alignment: what Christ hath wrought by me is the inner transformation that takes place in consciousness, not in external performance. When you claim 'I have therefore whereof I may glory through Jesus Christ in those things which pertain to God,' you are affirming that your awareness itself is the instrument, and the gospel you preach is the life that unfolds through your mind by the power of Spirit. The mighty signs and wonders are inner realizations, moments when belief shifts and the impossible becomes feasible within you. From Jerusalem to Illyricum signifies the reach of your mind—every region of your inner world it touches—until you have fully preached the truth to yourself. Do not chase borrowed foundations; instead, plant the foundation of Christ within and let your heart speak. Those not spoken to yet will see and understand as your inner light grows, and your outer world follows the law of your inner state.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: In the next minute, assume the feeling 'Christ through me is at work now' and linger there, revise any doubt, and let that assumption fill your awareness until it feels real.
