Read Romans 10 in context

Scripture Focus

9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:9

Biblical Context

Romans 10:9 presents a simple condition: speak the Lord Jesus with your mouth and heart-believe that God raised Him, and you are saved. It ties outward confession to inner conviction, yielding a lived sense of wholeness here and now.

Neville's Inner Vision

Salvation here is not a distant reward but a present realization of your I AM. 'Confess with thy mouth' is the outward act that corresponds to the inward truth you already know; 'believe in thy heart' is the steady trust in the Christ within—the risen life God has planted in you. When you declare aloud that the Lord Jesus is your present awareness and you stand in the conviction that God has raised the Christ in you, you align your entire being with a law of consciousness: what you affirm with words and what you hold in heart becomes your lived experience. The 'dead' becoming 'raised' is the inner awakening of awareness, the shedding of limitation as you realize you are the expression of divine life. The saving power flows from unity—your mind and God are one; the sense of separation dissolves as you persist in that truth. This is not about assent to doctrine but about the imaginative act of living from the truth you seek within.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and declare, 'I am the Lord Jesus within me.' Feel the risen Christ awakening in your heart now, and let that inner realization govern your day.
