Biblical Context
Plainly, the verse shows four angels released at a precise hour, day, month, and year to bring drastic change to a third of humanity.
Neville's Inner Vision
Let us reinterpret the seeming outer judgment as an inner reorganization. The four angels are four aspects of the mind—belief, imagination, perception, and will—loosed by a determined inner timing set by your assumptions. The hour, day, month, and year are the exact moments you decide in the I AM to allow a shift to occur. When you claim a new state as already yours, these powers purge an old self, the “third part,” which you have identified with. The slay is not destruction but the shedding of old identity and fear, making room for a truer self to emerge. Remember that God, the I AM, is the awareness witnessing this change; your inner vision creates the tempo of life. Judgment is not punishment from without but a clarification of your inner state, brought about by unwavering faith in the end-state already begun within you. The hour is now; the day is this moment; the month and year are the ongoing practice of revision.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the end-state you desire as already true; feel it real for a minute, then carry that feeling into your day and revise any conflicting thought by affirming I AM that state.
