Revelation 9:1

Biblical Context

Revelation 9:1 depicts a star falling from heaven to earth, and to it is given the key of the bottomless pit.

Neville's Inner Vision

Behold, the star is a state of awareness that drops from Heaven into the earth of your ordinary life. The fall is not a fall to punishment, but a descent of power into visibility. The star arrives with a key—your key—granted to your I AM capacity to turn the hidden within. The bottomless pit is the vast reservoir of subconscious energy, not a place of doom, but of potential waiting to be awakened by belief and feeling. When you claim the key, you claim authority over your inner weather; you decide what image you will entertain, what feeling you will cultivate, and thus what events you will invite into form. The fifth angel, then, is your imagination speaking as you; its sounding is the moment you refuse to let old stories rule your life and instead consent to a new story that you already live in your mind. The pit becomes a springboard for creation when you recognize that all this is within you, and that you, through I AM, are the master of depths and heights alike.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Sit quietly and declare, 'I AM the key; I can descend and rise at will.' Imagine the star entering your chest with a key in hand, turning it in the bottomless pit until light rises; dwell in the feeling that this new image is already real.
