Your true self is not a distant savior but the I AM that stands with the Lamb in the throne of your consciousness. The Lamb is the tender, constant awareness within you that feeds your imagination and so nourishes your being. Feed them becomes an act of consciously taking into your knowing the nutrition of divine idea, allowing ideas to sustain mind and feeling until you are nourished from within. Lead them unto living fountains of waters is the movement of your state, a refreshing flow of inspiration that clears fear and dryness. Each moment, you are led to waters that renew memory, imagination, and desire. God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes is not future doom but the present release of past pain by the I AM when you stop resisting and yield to grace. When you dwell in that inner fellowship, you find a peace that heals, restores, and makes your heart able to perceive the beauty of life as an ongoing provision. Practice this as a living scene in your mind until it feels real in the feel-knowing of now.
