Biblical Context
Revelation 7:15-17 speaks of a people before God’s throne, sustained in His temple, with hunger, thirst, heat, and tears replaced by the Lamb’s feeding and living waters, signaling divine presence and healing.
Neville's Inner Vision
Beloved, the throne before God is not a distant city, but your own awareness in exercise. When scripture says they stand before the throne day and night, it is describing a lifestyle of attention—the habit of God-consciousness in which you live. Hunger and thirst are not cosmic shortages but mental states you may revise by feeling the reality of abundance now. The Lamb in the middle of the throne is the Christ within you, the sustaining presence that feeds your being with life and energy. As you assume this inner posture, you are led by that divine shepherd to living fountains of waters—an ongoing renewal of vitality, joy, and clarity. God’s wiping away tears is the release of yesterday’s hurts as your attention rests on the I AM here and now. Your world will reflect this inner throne-ward posture: you are fed, you are led, you are restored, and you dwell in God’s intimate presence.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit in stillness and assume the feeling of this state; declare, 'I am fed by the Lamb within; I am led to living waters.' Feel the nourishment and let any old tears dissolve into the present I AM.
