Biblical Context
The vision shows a scroll sealed with seven seals in the throne-room, unopenable by anyone until the Lion and the Lamb prevail to redeem humanity and crown believers as kings and priests.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within your consciousness, the throne is the I AM you awaken to here and now. The sealed book is your perfect idea of life, written in you, awaiting your assent. When the question 'Who is worthy to open the book?' arises, the answer emerges from your own awakened I AM. The Lion of the Tribe of Judah and the Root of David symbolize your inherent power—the divine life within that has prevailed to loose the seals and release the seven Spirits into your earth. The Lamb slain stands in the midst of your being, a consciousness crucified to birth a new seeing. As you assent to being the one who can open the book, you and the assembly fall in worship, and you awaken to kingship and priesthood—reigning now in your inner kingdom. This is salvation as an inner conversion, a shift in state of consciousness, not merely an external event.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, breathe, and assume the feeling 'I AM the worthy one.' Imagine taking the book from the throne and crown yourself, reigning as a king-priest in your consciousness.
